What if I suspect I might have a communicable disease?

To avoid spreading a communicable disease to your patients and colleagues, if you are unwell with a potentially contagious disease, please see your physician for a diagnosis and advice on when it is safe to return to work and call the Absence Reporting System/Process for your organization to report your absence from work.

If you are diagnosed with a communicable disease, please call us at 1-866-922-9464 (select option 1) to speak to an Occupational Health Nurse so that the nurse can determine if there is any follow up needed for you or your coworkers.
